Help and Advice
Our front desk is manned by volunteers who have a wide range of knowledge of both our services and other services available in the area. If you have a problem, just call in or phone us and they will do their best to help you. If they can't answer your question, they know how to get the answer.
If you do know the service you want, counselling, community support, budgeting, they will take your details and pass them on to the relevant person. Whilst they are covered by the same confidentiality agreement as all the other staff, they will not ask you about your problems, all they need to know is name, address and a phone number where you can be contacted.
We are open Monday & Friday, 10am to 2pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am to 4 pm.
